We stand behind every transaction on Kingly Brands. Here's when and how refunds work.
Our Guarantee
If a domain cannot be transferred to you for any reason, you receive a full refund — no questions asked. We will never ask you to wait, negotiate, or dispute a transfer failure. Your money is returned immediately.
Eligible for Full Refund
- Domain Transfer Failure: The seller is unable to initiate or complete the transfer of the purchased domain within 48 hours.
- Seller Non-Response: The seller does not respond to transfer instructions within 24 hours of a completed sale.
- Fraudulent Listing: The listing contained materially false information about domain ownership or brand authenticity.
- Asset Non-Delivery: Logo files and brand assets are not delivered within 72 hours of domain transfer completion.
- Duplicate Sale: The brand was sold to multiple buyers simultaneously due to a platform error.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Buyer changes their mind after domain transfer has been initiated.
- Brand does not perform as commercially expected (we do not guarantee business outcomes).
- Buyer discovers a similar brand name after purchase (perform research before buying).
- Trademark conflicts discovered after purchase (conduct independent trademark searches).
- Featured listing upgrade fees ($9–$99), once the featured placement has begun.
- Purchases where the domain was successfully transferred and all assets delivered.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@kinglybrands.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
- Include your order ID, the brand name, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 4 hours.
- If your refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days.
Featured Upgrade Refunds
Featured listing upgrade purchases ($9 Basic, $49 Premium, $99 Elite) are refundable only if the featured placement has not yet begun. Once your listing has been promoted, no refund is available for the upgrade fee. The underlying brand listing itself remains fully covered by our transfer guarantee.
Seller Payout Reversals
If a buyer refund is issued after a seller payout has already been processed, Largest Limit LLC will recover the refunded amount from the seller's future payouts or via Stripe Connect reversal. Sellers who repeatedly cause refund-eligible situations may be suspended from the platform.
